Sir Wellington Patrick Manvers Chetwynd-Talbot KCB (12 December 1817 – 23 September 1898) was a British Army officer who served as Serjeant at Arms of the House of Lords.
He served as Serjeant at Arms of the House of Lords between 1858 and his death in 1898.
