Translation of the text:
Altillac, January 19, 1915
Dear Parents,
I send you this letter to let you know that I am always well, and I hope that you are the same. I am sending you my photograph. I hope it pleases you as much as it pleases me. I would have liked to have had this photo taken earlier, but I didn’t have the opportunity. Now, it is done, and I hope you find it to your liking. I am always in good health, and the days pass by quickly.
I take this opportunity to write to you and let you know that I am well. I hope you will write to me soon with news of how everything is going at home. I send my warm regards to the whole family. Take care.
Your affectionate son, Joannis Paguet
