1974 Nepal 1 Rupee Banknote
Obverse: Features a portrait of King Birendra of Nepal, dressed in his military uniform and iconic glasses, on the left side. In the center is an illustration of the famous Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred Hindu site located in Kathmandu. The denomination "1" is displayed on both the left and right sides. The serial number "य 200049" is printed in black on the lower right corner. The obverse also includes a small image of a golden bull statue at the temple entrance.
Obverse lettering: श्री नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक, रूपैयाँ एक, 1, य 200049.
Reverse: Depicts two running deer with the majestic Himalayas, including Mount Everest, in the background. The national emblem of Nepal is visible in the top right corner. The denomination "Re. 1" is displayed in both the lower left and lower right corners.
