(Kaiserliche) Marinepostamt (Imperial Navy Post Office) in Berlin. The postcard is dated 5th July 1911 and features two Swiss stamps with postmarks from Zurich.

The message reads:

The message translated to English:
"Dear Brother, Received your letter today. It will arrive here in about 10-12 days. I go to bed at the end of July. Since the end of August is already near, you are in Berlin now. Greet your family warmly. Your brother, Emil."
